Warranty Policy

The warranty refers to my handmade and natural products. What does it Cover? This warranty covers any issues with my products. The issues would be allergic reactions, hives, redness, or any other type of skin irritation. If you provide me with proof and dates, I will provide you with a discount code to try another product. I sincerely apologize that my product has affected your skin. How Long Does the Warranty Last? The buyer has 72 hours to notify me that the product has affected their skin. After 72 hours, Lex Luxuries Co. is no longer responsible. What Does the Warranty NOT cover? I have no control of the damage shipping will cause. However, I make sure I neatly package your orders to make sure nothing breaks! I have no control on how USPS delivers your package.

Shipping Policy

If your package is stolen or lost, I am not responsible. I can only do my part and that is all I can do after that. All orders take 2-4 business days to process depending on product availability. Your order is then shipped the following business day which could take 2-7 days to receive. All orders are shipped with USPS, Due to the pandemic shipping dates/times may vary! You cannot cancel an order hours or days after your order is placed. We do not correct the shipping address, if it is wrong please contact the shipping carrier once your tracking number is sent.

Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order you will have 72 hours to contact us to be offered another product of equal or lesser value or store credit. Must have proof of purchase. Please refer to our warranty policy to see what is covered. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. If you received anything unusable or damaged, please reach out to Lex Luxuries Co. to resolve the matter before disputing your order. If we do not receive an email in 72 hours of delivery, we have deem the product as delivered successfully and usable.
